WALKing CLUB

Groundwork NRG’s “Friends of the Jersey Creek” Walking Club was started in partnership with Latino Health for All and Healthy Communities Wyandotte.

The "Friends of Jersey Creek" Walking Club was started in 2015 to engage residents of the community located by the trail in usage of the current trail amenities and to canvas those neighborhoods for desired trail improvements. “Friends” that participate meet regularly and receive walking journals and pedometers.
